Silent Auction Rules

We have been blown away by the amount of awesome items made available for this auction.  Every cent given for these items will be going to the SEEds project in conjunction with the Outpour Movement.  All items have been donated by NMC students, leaders and (some) adults.  Here's how the auction works.
  • Auction runs Sunday, January 31 - Sunday, February 7.
  • Bids are submitted in two ways.
    1. Bid Cards: Available on site at Nappanee Missionary Church in the Grand Hall where the items will be on display.
    2. Email bids:  Send an email to outpourweek@gmail.com and include...

  •  HIGH BIDS will be updated live at the church during regular programming hours (Sunday services, Outpour Night, Upward Basketball).
  • HIGH BIDS will be updated online regularly and noted at the top of the home page of this site.
  • Auction closes 11:59 p.m. February 7.  Final HIGH BIDS update will be posted online at approximately 2:00 p.m. Sunday (in other words, if you really want it, be confident in your bid after 2:00 p.m. Sunday).
Winners will be contacted Wednesday, February 10 Winners have until Sunday, February 21 to pay for and redeem winning item(s). If items go unclaimed after Feb. 21, the second highest bidder will be contacted. We can ship the item to the winner, but winner will need to cover shipping cost on top of winning bid.

Please note, although the funds will be going toward a non-profit organization, winning bidders will not be able to receive giving credit for their payment on items.
